Dr Hagebolling Visits NED

The head of Prime Minister’s office in Lower Saxony, Germany, Dr. Lothar Hagebolling with his delegation arrived here on Friday for a one-day official visit to North Eastern Diocese. Dr. Hagebolling handling some teaching Material to Mrs Lucy Mwinuka (Head of Rainbow School)

Dr Hagebolling in his statement gave praise to North Eastern Diocese social services including Rainbow School which deals with students who are intellectually or mentally retarded, Irente childrens Home, Blind School and the whole diocese at all in economic development, gradual improvement in people's life and it's positive role in the regional and international affairs.
This is the first visit by Dr Hagebolling to ELCT-NED, and he expressed the hope that by his visit, mutual understanding and friendship would be promoted and cooperation deepened.

During the visit, Dr Hagebolling met NED Bishop Rev. Dr. Stephen Munga and other Diocese officials. He also visits Sebastian Kolowa University College where Provost Rev. Dr. Anneth Munga had presentations to make before the delegation.
