PLANTING TREES AT Dr. MARTIN LUTHER GARDEN-SEGERA

North Eastern diocese staffs together with SEKOMU staffs and some members from all 4 districts, plant trees at Luther garden Segera.

This event organized to celebrate 500th anniversary of the Lutheran reformation. The Diocese Bishop Dr. Stephen Munga led the celebration together with Assistant to Bishop Dr. Eberhardt Ngugi, General Secretary Rev James Mwinuka and SEKOMU Vice chancellor Dr. Anneth Munga.

 

The celebration was successful, 450 trees planted, 200 where different fruit   trees and 250 were different shade trees. The event includes fund raising for SEKOMU,

 

 

 

Luther garden Segera

university is mobilizing people to plant 1,000,000 trees. Trees planted will conserve environment and also will be used to raise fund for the university.
